All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact our customer service department for an authorization number.

All requests for returns, notice of damaged merchandise or missing product must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.  

 

All items returned to our factory without an RA# will be refused. 

 

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for samples. 

 

It is the customer's obligation to cover the cost of shipping for returned merchandise that is not defective.
